We endeavour to process all orders within an indefinite period of time after receipt of the order. Orders placed will be processed the following business day.

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery method chosen:

  • Colissimo : Standard delivery in 6 to 9 days (working days)
  • Chronopost : Express delivery in 5 days (working days)

3. Delivery Methods

We offer several delivery options to suit our customers' needs:

  • Colissimo : A service from La Poste for home delivery or pick-up point delivery. This service is reliable and tracked.
  • Chronopost : An express delivery service that guarantees that your package will be received the next day. This service is ideal for urgent deliveries.

4. Delivery Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at the time of order and depend on the selected shipping method and destination.
Shipping is free on all orders.

5. Delivery Areas

We deliver to France and worldwide. For deliveries to Corsica or the French overseas departments and territories, additional charges may apply. If you would like international delivery, please contact us at contact@myssera.fr for a personalized quote.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You will be able to track your package in real time via the carrier's website.

7. Returns and Exchanges

We hope you will be satisfied with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from receipt to return your products. The following conditions apply:

  • Items must be unopened, unused and in original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us by email at contact@myssera.fr with your order number.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part (defective item, order error).
